Our History
We are Saddle Up Finery!
We create purses by upcycling donated saddles and tack in Silverton, OR. When Cheri and I started this venture back a the end of 2023 she was already an avid sewer and leather worker, while I was clueless. Cheri worked hard teaching me every thing and I instantly fell in love with the craft. Each purse is handcrafted from start to finish, with most being hand sewn.
Sustainable fashion is important to us, so we have been working hard creating something new and beautiful out of Western, English, and Australian saddles. We hope to create a purse that you will love out of unused tack that deserves more love.
